I placed an order and received an "AVS
MISMATCH" error, What do I do? This error
comes from the credit card company and it happens because the "billing address"
you entered is not what the credit card company has on file for the billing
address. The "Ship to" field can be any address you are sending the product to,
however, the "Bill to" must contain the mailing address that your credit card
bank statements arrive at. This will fix the trouble with the AVS mistmatch.
How do I select shipping / find out cost of shipping? On the checkout page, you will see in your total column a drop down box next to the bold letters S&H. Select a shipping method and the rate will auto-update the total order amount.
How do I select the payment method / Kinds of payment methods? On the checkout page, you will "payment method" dropdown. Select your credit card or paypal. We take all major credit cards.
Member Registration / Login If you are looking to login or to register for membership, simply click the "Member Login" link to the left of the "Help" link at the top of the page. All of your order data will be saved.
I got an error! Damn internet! It is rare that this happens but try and "refresh" the screen. If this does not work, go back to the home page and try clicking "checkout" again. This usually does not clear your shopping cart.
How do I add to my wish list? Next to every item in the cart is a little gift / present looking icon. Clicking that will add that item to your personalized wish list. You can only add items to your wish list if you are registered. See above for registering or click "Member Login" at the top of the screen for registration.
How do I delete items from my cart? Simply click the little red X next to each item you wish to delete. The shopping cart will automatically update itself.
